Located at the Nilachal hill of Guwahati, the capital city of the state, Kamakhya temple is one of the most famous Shakti shrines in India. Kamakhya Temple is considered the most sacred and oldest of the 51 shaktipeeths on earth. It also holds a unique significance in tantric practices and is flocked by sadhus, tantrics round the year.

Day 1 – Guwahati / Kamakhya

Arrival at Guwahati airport or  Guwahati/  Kamakhya railway station .Transfer to hotel .Most of Star category hotels in Guwahati .Take a rest then visit Kalashetra ,where you can see Assam culture .

Next to visit Vashishth Ashram ,Navghar temple,Kali temple.Night at Guwahati .

Day 2 – Kamakhya

Morning before breakfast ,proceed to Kamakhya Devi temple . We suggest you get yourself a ticketto avoid the long que.After Darshan back to hotel.Take breakfast .

After noon visit Umananda Island Temple,(Shiva Temple -Peacock Island) , by Ferry (Rs,25 ticket) .Back to hotel .Night at Hotel .

Day 3 – Guwahati /Kamakhya drop

After having breakfast and post checking out, you will be dropped off at your departure location.
